These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of LuaCheia.org, including accounts, Stars, purchases and digital experiences.

LuaCheia.org (“LuaCheia”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is operated by Romina Cinti, P.IVA 15314081003, Via Montottone 74, 00132 Rome, Italy.
LuaCheia provides digital experiences and informational and entertainment content related to subjects including astrology, tarot, numerology and personal reflection.

By accessing or using LuaCheia, creating an account or purchasing or using Stars, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to the policies referred to in them.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the services that require acceptance of them.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable consumer protection law.
LuaCheia is intended exclusively for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the personal experiences available through the platform.
By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
Certain features of LuaCheia require a personal account. You must provide accurate information when registering and must not impersonate another person or create an account using information that you are not entitled to use.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity carried out through your account. You should notify us promptly if you believe that your account has been accessed without authorization.
Accounts are personal and may not be sold, transferred or shared for the purpose of circumventing these Terms or obtaining unauthorized benefits.
LuaCheia may provide experiences under services such as AstroLua, TarotLua, NumeraLua and other services that may be introduced in the future.
The characteristics, required information, number of Stars and other relevant conditions of an experience are displayed on the website before the user starts or purchases that experience.
Some experiences may generate personalized digital content based on information provided by the user and may use automated or artificial-intelligence-assisted systems to produce or present that content.
Astrology, tarot, numerology and similar experiences available through LuaCheia are provided for entertainment, cultural, informational and personal reflection purposes.
They do not provide certainty about future events and should not be interpreted as guaranteed predictions, objective facts or assurances that a particular event or outcome will occur.
Interpretations may be subjective and different people may interpret the same symbols, information or circumstances differently.
LuaCheia does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial or other regulated professional advice.
Content provided through LuaCheia must not be used as a substitute for advice, diagnosis, treatment or assistance from an appropriately qualified professional.
Decisions concerning health, mental health, legal matters, investments, finances or other significant professional matters should be made using appropriate qualified professional advice where necessary.
Stars are LuaCheia's internal units used to access eligible digital experiences and services on the platform.
Stars are not legal tender, electronic money, a bank deposit, a financial instrument or a cryptocurrency. They cannot be transferred between users and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Your account may contain two different types of Stars: free or promotional Stars and purchased Stars.
Eligible new accounts currently receive 5 free Stars as a registration bonus.
LuaCheia may also award promotional or complimentary Stars through campaigns, promotions, customer assistance or other initiatives.
Free or promotional Stars have no cash value and are not refundable or redeemable for money.
Specific promotional Stars may be subject to additional conditions or an expiry date. Where this applies, the relevant condition or expiry will be communicated when those Stars are awarded.
LuaCheia may refuse, cancel or correct free promotional Stars obtained through fraud, technical errors, duplicate accounts or abuse of a promotion.
Users may purchase Stars through the packages displayed on LuaCheia. The applicable number of Stars and total price are shown before payment.
Purchased Stars do not expire and remain associated with the user's account until they are used, subject to these Terms and any mandatory rights provided by law.
Purchased Stars are personal to the account through which they were purchased and may not be sold, gifted, transferred or exchanged between users unless LuaCheia expressly introduces a feature allowing this.
Prices are displayed before an order is placed. The final price and applicable currency are shown during the purchase process.
Payments for Stars are processed through third-party payment service providers, including Stripe. LuaCheia does not directly store the complete payment card details entered into the payment provider's checkout system.
An order is considered successfully completed when payment has been confirmed by the payment provider and the corresponding Stars have been credited to the user's account.
Certain LuaCheia experiences consist of digital content or digital services that may be supplied or performed immediately after the user requests them and uses the required Stars.
Where applicable law requires the user's express consent before the immediate supply or performance of digital content or a digital service, LuaCheia will request that consent separately during the relevant transaction.
Where required by law, the user will also be asked to acknowledge the consequences that immediate performance may have for the right of withdrawal.
Acceptance of these Terms alone does not replace any separate express consent required by applicable consumer law.
Consumers may have a statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable European Union and Italian consumer law.
The existence, duration and possible loss or exclusion of the right of withdrawal depend on the nature of the transaction and on whether digital content or a digital service has begun to be supplied with the consumer's express consent and acknowledgement where required by law.
Nothing in these Terms removes a statutory right to a refund, remedy or withdrawal where that right cannot legally be excluded.
If you believe that you are entitled to a refund or other remedy, you may contact us through the Contact page and provide the information necessary to identify the relevant transaction.
If a technical error prevents an experience from being delivered after Stars have been deducted, users should contact LuaCheia and provide sufficient information for the issue to be investigated.
Where we verify that Stars were deducted but the corresponding experience was not supplied because of a technical problem attributable to the service, LuaCheia may restore the relevant Stars or provide another appropriate remedy, without prejudice to any mandatory legal rights.
You may use LuaCheia only for lawful and personal purposes.
You must not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website, obtain unauthorized access to accounts or systems, manipulate Stars or transactions, exploit technical vulnerabilities, automate abusive requests, misuse promotional programs or use LuaCheia for fraudulent or unlawful activity.
You must also not submit content that infringes the rights of another person or that is unlawful, threatening or intentionally harmful.
LuaCheia may temporarily restrict or suspend an account where reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate suspected fraud or abuse, comply with legal obligations or address a serious or repeated breach of these Terms.
Any action affecting purchased Stars or contractual rights will be taken subject to applicable consumer law and other mandatory legal protections.
Unless otherwise stated, the LuaCheia name, branding, website design, original texts, graphics, software, databases, experience structures and other original materials made available through the platform are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Access to LuaCheia does not transfer ownership of these materials to the user.
Users may use content supplied to them for their own personal, non-commercial purposes, unless a different use is expressly permitted.
We may maintain, update, improve or modify LuaCheia and may introduce, replace or discontinue individual features or experiences.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website at all times. Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, updates, technical problems or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where a change materially affects an existing paid contractual right, it will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
Users remain responsible for their own decisions and for how they choose to interpret or use entertainment and personal reflection content provided through LuaCheia.
LuaCheia does not guarantee that an astrology, tarot, numerology or similar interpretation will correspond to future events or produce a particular personal, emotional, professional or financial result.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LuaCheia is not responsible for losses arising solely from decisions made by a user in reliance on entertainment or personal reflection content as though it were guaranteed professional advice or factual prediction.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
LuaCheia may rely on third-party providers for functions such as payment processing, hosting or technical infrastructure.
Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Their use does not reduce any rights you may have against LuaCheia where LuaCheia remains legally responsible for the relevant service.

We may update these Terms when necessary to reflect changes to LuaCheia, applicable law, security requirements or the services we provide.
The current version and its last-updated date will be published on this page. Where required by law or where a change materially affects an existing contractual relationship, appropriate notice will be provided.
These Terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply to a consumer under the law of their country of residence.
Nothing in these Terms deprives consumers residing in the European Union or elsewhere of mandatory protections or jurisdictional rights that cannot lawfully be excluded by contract.
